Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is because DiscountGolfClothing.com guarantees that every item is quality-checked by two inspectors to ensure that there are no defects in the merchandise prior to shipping. We will not restock or exchange any item for size or color changes that you may have mistakenly made. Of course, if we accidentally shipped you the wrong size or color (very unlikely because of our quality assurance program), we'd be happy to exchange it at no cost to you.

If your order was never received or damaged somehow in transit (very doubtful since UPS is very good), please fill out this form and we'll handle your claim. Orders found to be lost, you can opt for a full refund or replacement of goods at no cost to you (assumes same manner of shipment).

Shipping

United Parcel Services (UPS) is our preferred shipping company because they have consistently proven to be the most reliable in getting shipments to their destination in the same perfect condition it left our warehouse and arrive to you in a timely fashion.

Please be sure to read and understand our shipping policy and options (below). Also, please understand that there is a distinction between shipping fees (the cost of physically getting you your order) and handling fees (our cost to pick, pack and get your order ready for shipment).

Shipping options within the continental United States: (Please note, only one shipping option per order. If you want to ship merchandise to different locations and/or by different services, you must make a separate order)

UPS GROUND SERVICE: Shipment by UPS via truck. Typical delivery times 3-7 business days.
UPS BLUE - 2-day: Shipment by UPS guaranteed to arrive in 2-business days.
UPS RED - Overnight: Shipment by UPS guaranteed to arrive by 10:30 the next business day.

DiscountGolfClothing.com guarantees that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to include this time when considering when you select your shipment options.

EXAMPLES of SERVICES:

1. If you place an on-line order with us on a Monday, it may take until Weds. to leave our warehouse. If you select UPS BLUE 2-day service, you'll receive your order on that Friday. Of course, if there is a holiday within any of that time period, you order will be delayed by one day.

2. If you place an order with us on a Weds., it may take until Friday to leave our warehouse. If you choose UPS RED overnight service, your order will arrive on the following Monday or it's possible it may arrive earlier on Friday, as we try to process every order as soon as possible. It's better to assume it will take us 2-days to get your order out the door.

3. UPS ground time depends on your location. To calculate when your order will arrive, please click here and you'll be directed to the UPS site where you can input your zip code. You'll need our zip code which is 02742.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and all U.S. Protectorates: Residents of Hawaii and Alaska have the opportunity to choose between US Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) and UPS Air services. Customers with an APO/FPO address or residing in a U.S. Protectorate may choose between US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Air Services contingent on service availability. Please note that if you select UPS Worldwide, your shipment will be considered international and will be subject to any duties and customs that may apply.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

SHIPPING FEES:

DiscountGolfClothing.com charges standard UPS delivery fees based on weight for UPS Ground, UPS Blue and UPS Red services. There is no shipping charge for UPS Ground service for any purchase of 4 items or more. This does not apply to UPS Blue or UPS Red expedited services.

Back Orders

Unfortunately, DiscountGolfClothing.com only carries inventory until we run out. Please remember that the merchandise being sold on our site are overstock or surplus items from quality vendors. We cannot re-order any merchandise, therefore when we run out, there's no more!

DiscountGolfClothing.com expects that 98-99% of all orders will be fulfilled completely as we work diligently to keep our website current (meaning we take off items no longer in stock so you don't accidently order it). If however, in the off-chance we do run out, any out of stock item will be omitted from your shipment and not back ordered. Obviously, you won't be charged for any item(s) out of stock. Our only notification of such a remote occurence will be reflected in your packing slip.
